Has anyone experienced anything like this? I can't make any progress since I have to focus on taking out mobs as they come. UPDATE: The spawning is now non-stop on the Ops deck. Considering that they are lootable, it's really more of a nuisance than a challenge. I'm cool with the respawning, I'm not trying to turn it off, but it is doing it way more than I recall. Additionally, there are those trapped bodies where three worms drop, and on a ton of them I am getting six or seven. In one area, I took out a dozen, one right after the other. There are are some spots where hybrids seems to spawn almost instantly. I have not set off a single security alert. There are areas where I clearly remember what is supposed to spawn and I am seeing double or more what I would expect. I do still remember a fair bit of the game and I am pretty sure that the spawn rates are amped up or something. ![]() I got the GOG version of the game since I do not own a computer with a CD drive anymore. SS2 is one of my all time favorite games so I decided to dust off this game, so to speak, and take another run through for old time's sake.
